He has been photographing since 1965 and was a photographer for National Lampoon magazine and a photo editor for MTV To Go magazine.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Cleveland has a B.A. degree in film from Bard College. He has studied with Ansel Adams and at San Francisco Art Institute, San Francisco Art Academy, Boston Museum School, Imageworks, New School for Social Research, Visual Arts, N.Y.C., International Center of Photography. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Cleveland has been in numerous group and one man shows including:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>International Center of Photography, NYC.<br \/>\nCalifornia Museum of Photography, Riverside, CA.<br \/>\nCatskill Center for Photography, Woodstock, NY<br \/>\nNeikrug Photographica, NYC<br \/>\nKunstlerhaus, West Germany<\/p>\n<p>Works are in the permanent collections of:<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Guild Hall, East Hampton,N.Y.<br \/>\nProvincetown Art Association and Museum, Ma.<br \/>\nHunter College, N.Y.C.<br \/>\nBlues Archives, University of Mississippi<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Work has been published in the N.Y.Times Magazine, Modern Photography, Guitar Player many newspapers and magazines, in books and on CD and book covers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Cleveland is available for practically any assignment almost anywhere.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cleveland Storrs was born in Oregon.
